Changes and Cancellations

OMG 2026 registration changes can be made at no charge until February 5, 2026, by emailing registration@omg2026.org. Fee differences may apply for upgraded packages. Substitutions for in-person registration are allowed until the same date and must remain within the same registration tier.

Virtual registrations may be upgraded to in-person (pending availability), but are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Cancellations for in-person registrations will be accepted through February 5, 2026, minus a $150 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued after this date. If you're unable to attend, you may request to downgrade to a virtual access package.

OMG 2026 is not responsible for travel disruptions, weather events, or other unforeseen issues. Personal travel insurance is recommended.

Hotel Policies

Hotel reservation changes or cancellations can be made via your confirmation email or by contacting travel@omg2026.org until February 16, 2026.

Between February 17-19, 2026, hotel reservations will be finalized - no changes can be made during this window.

Starting February 20, 2026, contact your hotel directly for changes or cancellations. Most hotels require cancellations at least 72 hours before arrival to avoid one night's room and tax. A valid credit card is required at check-in for room and incidental charges. Deposits for unused incidentals are refundable - please confirm with your hotel.
